he World Youth Festival is the largest global youth event. It will bring together the most passionate people from all over the world. This is a chance to start a dialogue and search for mutual understanding regardless of one’s nationality, political views or cultural peculiarities. The participants of the Festival reсognize their responsibility and are ready to implement practical solutions to build a just world. The World Youth Festival will take place in 2024, according to the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the development of international youth cooperation. At the first meeting of the Organizing Committee chaired by Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration, it was decided to hold the Festival in the Sirius Federal Territory on March 1-7, 2024. The regional program of the World Youth Festival will take place on March 10-17, 2024. The participants will visit 30 cities of Russia.
20,000 young leaders in education, science, international cooperation, culture, volunteering, charity, sports, business, media, etc., including 10,000 foreign participants, will take part in the WYF 2024. For the first time in the history of the festival movement young people aged 14-17, 500 from Russia and 500 from abroad, will have the opportunity to participate in the event. Registration is open until December 1.
5,000 volunteers from all regions of Russia, including about 250 residents of the LPR, DPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Regions will be involved in the organization and delivery of the Festival. Registration of volunteers is open on the platform until December 1, 2023.
About Youth Festival Initiative:
On October 2, a cooperation agreement was signed between the World Youth Festival Directorate and the Russia – Land of Opportunity presidential platform. The event was attended by Larisa Sulima, Deputy Director General for Regional Cooperation of the World Youth Festival Directorate, and Aleksei Agafonov, First Deputy Director General of Russia – Land of Opportunity. As part of the agreement, the Another Business project of the presidential platform became a key partner of the World Youth Festival volunteer motivation program. Festival volunteers who have applied on the ДОБРО.РФ website and completed the first and second parts of the questionnaire will be awarded over 1,000 points to spend on different pleasant and useful bonus activities. Later on, application users will be able to perform various socially useful tasks, receive additional points and exchange them for gifts, tours, internships and much more.

More than 3.2 million people from all over Russia are registered in the Another Business VKontakte mini application. They have already received thousands of bonuses, including subscriptions to music services, internships, trainings, trips, concert tickets, meetings with famous people and others. More than 300 partners provide Another Business with tasks on numerous topics. I am sure that it will be even more interesting for volunteers to help at the Festival while completing tasks and receiving unique bonuses for them,” said Aleksei Agafonov, First Deputy Director General of ANO Russia – Land of Opportunity.
Another Business is an application in which people perform socially useful deeds, earn points for them and exchange them for interesting activities. Another Business aims to make it a norm for all young Russians to help others and develop themselves. The project is being implemented as part of the Youth Support System Development Federal Project (Youth of Russia) of the Education national project since 2021.

- Students from all fields and young professionals from Different carrier may apply.
- Any Nationals can apply for this festival.
