University of Toronto International Scholarship 2024:

University of Toronto offers several scholarships for International students, few of them are discuss below:

1. International Merit Admission Award:

Its offers to selected international students in the Faculty of Arts & Science(external link) on the basis of merit. Students are automatically consider for this award. Which is value at up to $50,000 over four consecutive years, or until degree completion. whichever comes first (up to $20,000 in the first year and renewable for $10,000 in the second, third and fourth years). This award is not renewable for students admitt to the Faculty of Arts & Science prior to 2023.

2. In Course Scholarship:

University of Toronto students have access to over 5,800 in-course awards every year. New for Fall 2023 / Winter 2024:

 All in-course awards will be given in the Winter term. Only one application is require. You may apply for multiple awards on one University of Toronto Student Award Application Form.

Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL), including CAEL OnlineThe minimum score required to meet our English facility requirement is an overall score of 70 and no part below 60.
Caribbean Examinations Council English coursesThe minimum requirement is a final grade of A (I) or B (II) in CSEC English.
Duolingo English TestThe minimum requirement is an overall score of 120, with no subscore below 100.
English Language Diagnosis and Assessment/Certificate of Proficiency in English (ELDA/COPE)The minimum requirement is a total score of 86, with 32 in Writing and 22 in each of Reading and Listening
Discretionary Range: total score 80 or higher, with 32 in Writing and 22 in each of Reading and Listening

GCSE/IGCSE/GCE/AICE EnglishA minimum final grade of “B” (“6” in reformed qualifications) in GCSE/IGCSE/GCE Ordinary Level English, English Language, or English as a Second Language; OR a minimum final or predicted grade of “C” in GCE A Level/AS Level/AICE English or English Language. Note that IGCSE English as an Additional Language is not accepted.
International Baccalaureate (IB) EnglishThe minimum requirement is a score of at least 4 (predicted or final) in Higher or Standard Level English A: Literature or English A: Language and Literature. HL English B is not acceptable.
IELTS Academic (including IELTS Online)The minimum requirement is an overall band of 6.5, with no band below 6.0. Results from IELTS (Academic) for UKVI test sittings are accepted. For information visit link).

Ontario College of Applied Arts and TechnologyThe minimum requirement is a three-year/Advanced Diploma or current enrolment in the final semester of a three-year/Advanced Diploma or Applied Degree program with overall standing of “B+”.
Pearson Test of English (PTE) AcademicThe minimum requirement is an overall score of 65 with no part below 60.
TOEFL iBT (including Home Edition and Paper Edition)The minimum requirement is a total score of 89 with 22 in each of Speaking and Writing.
University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies “Academic English” courseThe minimum requirement is a grade of “B” at the 60/Advanced level.
University StudiesThe minimum requirement is one year of full-time study completed at a recognized university in a country where English is the dominant language.
