Introduction:

Are you interested in Photonics or want to research something in Photonics? then this a Golden opportunity for you. King Abdul Aziz University of Science and Technology is offering one-month Fellowship in the field of Photonics. This four-week research program will focus on modern Photonics accompanied by workshops and technical training in high-class photonics Labs.

Undergraduate and Masters students around the Globe can participate in this program. The focus area of photonics will be Semiconductor lasers, Photonic integrated circuits, quantum technologies, optical communications, neuromorphic computing and hyper vision system. Participants will have a chance to have hands-on experience in Labs , attend workshop with students and exciting field trip visits.

Outcomes of Summer Camp:

>Hands on research projects in the field of photonics.

>Use of Advance and Emerging technologies like Nanofabrication and Imaging Facilities.

>Social events for networking and related workshops.

>Competition at the end of Summer program and winner will be awarded with exciting Prices.

Eligibility:

To be Eligible for KAUST Photonics summer camp 2024 you have to fulfill the below criteria:

• Fresh Graduate , Undergraduate in Final year or Student studying in Master Program are eligible to apply.
• Students from the field of Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material sciences and related fields are only eligible to apply.
• Your CGPA in last degree shouldn’t be less then 3.5 out of 4.0.
• You must be proficient in English.
• You have a will to do research work.
